Join us for a howling good time at MOAS’ Tricks for Treats on October 12th from 1-3pm. Come dressed in your best for our costume contests (categories listed below) and photo ops. You and your pup will have a blast on our Howl’O’Ween Treat Hunt with hundreds of hidden treats for your pups to find. You don't want to miss it! And we’ll have lots of fun games for your dog to show off how good he is at his tricks to earn all sorts of treats!

We’ll have events like Bobbing for Tennis Balls and a Tricks for Treats Challenge where dogs and their owners have a minute to demonstrate as many tricks as they can. We'll also have homemade doggie pupsicles that you can purchase for your furry friends. Admission is $5 per dog and donations are greatly appreciated. As always, all proceeds go directly back to the shelter to help care for our animals, so come out and have a fantastic time with your dog(s) and help us save shelter pets!

We will also have shelter dogs up for adoption and in costume, so this is a great opportunity to have a meet and greet with your pup if you are considering adopting or fostering.

RULES:

All dogs must be on a leash at all times.

If your pup is less social, this may not be the best event as there will be a lot of dogs and their owners. If your dog needs more space or can be a little nervous, please consider tying a yellow ribbon to your dogs leash to alert other dog owners. For the safety of all of our participants, dogs who show signs of aggression will be asked to leave.
